In the context of an investment tender, GLL BVK Internationaler Spezialfonds, decided to participate and launched a detailed investment analysis regarding 753 sq m retail premises to be refurbished in this magnificent building with angle frontage. The issue was to estimate the potential on the marketing target and rental value, up side for the asset and current fair price.

The Result :
Draco Partners advised GLL during the whole acquisition process, until the signature of the acquisition to American Express for 9.8 Million € for those premises delivered in the current state and vacant at the date of signature.
