The Mission :
In the context of a portfolio advisory instruction on behalf of Group Versace, to plan the departure of the brand to the former rue François 1er store, and consequently negotiate with the landlord (Axa) the anticipated take over of their parisian flagship store lease of 1400 m² of commercial premises at 62 Faubourg St. Honoré.
The Solution :
Draco Partners took into account market circumstances to convince Axa to accept lease restitution against indemnity.
The Result :
Axa acknowledged the deal submitted by Draco Partners on behalf of Versace and launched the re-marketing of the store within the context of the increase of luxury retail markets in central Paris early 2006.
