The Mission :
In the context of research carried out exclusively by Draco Partners, on behalf of the company John Preston, suggest and carry out a marketing
strategy which will optimise, for John Preston, the value of their lease for these commercial premises of around 240m² on two floors, situated in close proximity to the metro Miromesnil.
The Solution :
Draco Partners approached a number of small brands who were most likely to perform their best in this slightly non-commercial area.
Draco Partners had also negotiated with the Lessor, Foncières des Régions, the new rental conditions and the potential activities for the future incoming tenant.
The Result :
It is finally the high-class biological restaurant of Cojean, introduced by Draco Partners, who had also reassured the Lessor on the quality of their concept, the appropriateness of the location and the absence of nuisances for other tenants within the building.
