The Mission :
As part of an advisory and research exclusive mandate issued by LAVINIA, to lead the investigation of identifying a location for the first test implementation of an evolving concept of the brand to be developed on 250m² of retail space in a Parisian shopping centre.
The Solution :
Draco Partners approached the major players present in shopping centres targeting an upmarket clientele, those likely to be interested by the new concept developed by the brand and had analysed the proposed locations to ensure the theoretical market rental value expected coincided to those acceptable by the brand, taking into consideration their potential turnover and rental ratio VS turnover.
The Result :
LAVINIA acheived the signature of their first French implantation under this format while signing with UNIBAIL RODAMCO without a premium on an area of 260m², situated on the ground floor of the recently restructured CNIT/Paris la Défense.
