The Mission :
In the context of an advisory mission and assistance with the financial planning of the French business plan, advising the European Headquarters of Starbucks in the estimation of its investment needs and future lease charges. This mission sees the preparation of the master franchise contract signed in 2003 with the Spanish distribution group Vips.
The Solution :
Draco Partners put together a model valuing the financial engagements over 10 years thus to carry out the development plan.
The Result :
Starbucks and Vips benefit from a progressive model consisting of all the flexibility for necessary modelisation for the opening of up to 325 units split into 6 distinct concepts, to be implemented according to geographic location.
