The Mission :
In the context of a co-exclusive mission for the search of tenant for a building with the object of undergoing heavy reconstruction involving an eviction process identify and negotiate future lease conditions of 525 m²; developed over three storeys by Generali Immobilier.

The Solution :
Draco Partners elaborated a specific marketing policy compatible with retail concepts which had the characteristics and the calendar of this complex and exceptional real estate operation (one of the top 5 locations in Paris).

The Result :
Generali Immobilier has been in the process of firming an enlargement project with the American Leader Foot Locker – involving premises delivery to Foot Locker in a series of phases, without interruption of their current activity. The signature was concluded 18 months before the date for the foreseen opening of this major flagship store.
