The Mission :
As part of a tenant research on behalf of Allianz Real Estate, Draco Partners had to suggest and carry out a marketing strategy which resulted in the best exploitation and rental values for this commercial premises of 240 m² spread over three floors, situated close to the Place de l’Opéra.
The Solution :
Draco Partners approached several companies with varied activities, particularly those likely to optimise the exploitation of the total leasing area with a customer accessibility to the first floor. Draco Partners assisted the Landlord in analysing the different projects and scenarios proposed by the brand.
The Result :
It was finally the design kitchenware brand Bodum, sourced by Draco Partners, which proposed the most coherent project likely to generate a reassuring turnover for the Landlord and value the quality of this building.
