The Mission :
In the context of a valuation advice mission for the frontal area of this Gallery on the Champs Elysées, managed by Société Foncière Lyonnaise, to analyse the rental valuation and the commercial potential of the boutique, which was destined to be re-marketed and also which consists of 330m² on the ground floor and 350m² in the basement. Also to advise the Landlord in the identification and selection of compatible brands for the site.
The Solution :
Draco Partners carried out a detailed study incorporating a previous analysis of the merchandising plan of the Gallery, facilitated by the Landlord’s market requests according to criteria previously defined.
The Result :
The Société Foncière Lyonnaise was able to finely analyse the various options available to them in order to support the commercial flow inside the gallery. The final choice was the national brand PROMOD.
