The Mission :
As part of a tenant search launched co-exclusively on behalf of Groupama Immobilier, in order to analyse the different opportunities available to the landlord (option of partitioning the lots, activity requiring CDAC approval or another line of business,…) and to initiate a marketing strategy to enable the optimal rental income drawn from the commercial premises, located on a section of rue Auber which are little sought-after by businesses.
The Solution :
Draco Partners approached many companies from varying business activities (cars, beauty, toy shops, ties and accessories, general services,…) and assist the landlord with the analysis of the different projects and ideas proposed by the companies.
The Result :
After much deliberation, the bank HSBC, also the first potential client to have seen the property with Draco Partners, decided to establish one of their most important Parisian branches in the heart of this imperative area. These premises of 817 m² have already previously accommodated a branch of another banking group.
