The Mission :
In the context of research for a new Parisian flagship store, entrusted by Daniel Hechter, leading the negotiations of the revival of commercial premises of around 150 m² situated in an ever expanding and diverse district.
The Solution :
Draco Partners identified rue Marbeuf as the most suitable location for this brand, taking into account the activity of the existing businesses (predominantly men’s Ready-to-Wear), the position of this prestigious street and its proximity to the Champs Elysées.
The Result :
After having analysed several emplacements on the street, it was finally this boutique, previously exercised by Canali which caught the attention of the company directors. Draco Partners was involved in the negotiations up until the yield as well as the terms of transfer with the landlord Klépierre, and the signing of the new lease.
