Draco Partners has marketed the project to a large number of prospects, institutional investors, specialised funds, Scpi and private investors / family offices, and presented this operation with a CORE profile during a 3 months period, for an investment volume of approx 10 Millions€.
The Result :
Amundi Immobilier, on behalf of SCPI GENEPIERRE, acquired in February 2015 this commercial complex developed in a mixed housings and parkings building, idealy located within the heart of the old town.
